Begin with Hyuga choosing today's what-to-wear. I'm not surprise he prefer to be all casual than to style well-suited despite his position as a president. Wowed to his wardrobe is nothing compared to his auto collection. I still in awe mode when Hyuga realize a pair of shoes inside his convertible car. Waste no time, he throw it to trash bin. Are you sure you won't meet her again? To apologize perhaps?
Meanwhile fake Sawaki sighing the day forgetting her shoes left in her former boss's car, but still keeping work outfit bought by Hyuga. She ready to job hunting again, perforce to wear her old shabby shoes. She recalled her convo with Asahina that it's not her to falsify her identity to get through Next Innovation, she just mention Sawaki Chihiro out of the blue. Looks like Asahina didn't buy it, yet he just accept it without further agument.
Yoko accidentally meet Hyuga. But our senile charming guy not really remember her. She just smile and by the look of it, she already develop an interest towards him. Still dislike her hair. Maybe will always, cause once you get that hair in the beginning, you won't get a new look till this show's over.
Asahina reminds Hyuga that was his sister, for him to assume she's just an aggressive woman in early morning. By the by, Asahina told Hyuga that he called Sawaki because they had an appointment with vice-secretary today. When Sawaki arrive at Next Innovation, she just got humiliated by Hyuga in front of his company elite, he told them that she's just an example of idiot, did nothing to accommodate vice-secretary, failed job interviews, and demand not to tell this fact to other employees. It's just rude,and critics her clothes too, that's just too far. Yet Sawaki is too innocent not to feel angry over him.
However, they decide to use Sawaki in order to make vice-secretary approve his new project. She's been told that they will need her for two months and she signed the contract with high salary, enough to make Sawaki feel guilty even more. She ask Hyuga to let other employees knew who she is (just a failed job hunter), but he forbid it. I like innocent Sawaki,'s laugh. So adorable yet sometimes carefree.
On a way back after meeting with vice-secretary, Sawaki ask Hyuga where he put her shoes. He had it trashed, he said. Sawaki shed a tear, tell him that that shoes has a sentimental value for her. And not everything money can buy. It left Hyuga uneasy. That night he stopped by at the temple he used to visit. He tell the monk guy about Sawaki thing, how it bothers him, and always feel restless when she's around. I love this heart to heart convos between the two. He found a peace to contemplate his life, become who truly is, at the very least.
Sawaki muttering about how Hyuga bullied her with her friends the next day in the college. Accidentally Mrs. Vice-secretary saw her complaining. She apparently has a lecture in the university. Uh oh this can't be good. Moreover, Sawaki got her 32nd interview and it looks like the company gave her opportunity, because of her blunt personality.
Next Innovation hold a meeting with Mrs. vice-secretary, and she ask Sawaki's opinion bout' the project like she saw nothing before. Innocent Sawaki illustrate Hyuga's new project confidently. Oh let's assume that Mrs. vice-secretary didn't hear Sawaki's grievance, cause that would be bad. Really bad.
They're going to Yoko's opening restaurant. While her chef co-worker jealous what so good about being a chief from Cali, Yoko herself busy try to get Hyuga's attention, recount that they met 9 years ago, when he's just an ordinary jeans part timer. It's just sound all bragging to me. Even Kosuke couldn't believe it. But who knows, he can't remember a thing. Feeling sorry, he said that the dish prepared for him is delicious.
Back to the office, A few employees stays there passing out for drinking too much, Sawaki saw Hyuga still busy in his room, she nicely prepare a coffee for him.
Next morning, she appear in front of Kosuke telling him that she can't no longer help Next Innovation. As a letter of job offering came by in her mailbox. She got her Next Innovation ID hand back to Kosuke. He understand however, the fact of fake Sawaki remains unknown. By the look of her, she got this I-know-but-maybe-I'll-keep-it-to-myself thing.
Or so they thought. When she ready to for her first job interview, Kosuke called asking what time is her interview today. It's Mrs. vice-secretary, she... no...then he said good luck for her. His waver got her curious.
Apparently, the meeting is not about next innovation project. Mrs. Vice-secretary says that she accidentally saw Sawaki at the university. So she didn't hear anything, but judging by the outfit Sawaki's wearing. She knew, using Sawaki as an aim towards her, cause they're from the same university, has a similar type, to give her the best possible impression.Kosuke finally confessing that Sawaki's not an employee in NI, but she's part of it. Oh no, and Sawaki already not that into interview thing. Please don't come please don't come. I swear Kosuke invoke the same thing as me in his head.
She come. shit shit. With a job hunter suit. Did she really meant it? Poor girl. After a brief of disappointment speech, Hyuga tell them to stop. Let's get back to business, He disgusted with the two woman. Oh bad. Clearly , Mrs. Vice-secretary say that NI is prohibited to enter any government contracts in the telecommunications industry. The bomb already dropped off.
Hyuga had other plan, the project must continue. Kosuke left that plan to Hyuga, he says they wronged Sawaki. Hyuga deny it, she choose to come blindly in the first place, Kosuke told him she had a conclucive interview that time and might be hired by a company. Hyuga give no damn, but look upset and clicking the enter keyboard. Like he said himself before, he always restless when that girl's around. In his mind.
Meanwhile, Sawaki try to apologize and convinced Mrs. Vice-secretary to reconsider the project. The lady didn't care though Sawaki wiat for hours in the middle of rain in front of her office. After a few attempts, the lady finally say a word. It seemingly not only because of Sawaki she mad, she explain that Hyuga Toru is same with her, want to make people life's better. But he's surrounded with people who don;t care. And Kosuke watching this whole time from afar. And tell Hyuga what Sawaki's been doing. Only to get laughed by Hyuga.
BUT. Hyuga pay a visit to Sawaki's university with all upset face. He yells out. The funny thing is, every students surround him like a celebrity. But to me, The two of them looks like a couple fight for a jealousy (delusional).
He wrath with her effort that come to her own loss. He felt unpleasant about the fact she give up her interview just to come to the meeting. "Did you kind of.. like.. come to apologize?" Yes, but with a angry look of him. He 's not that kind of man, so he try really hard not to show his emotion. And he hands her shoes. It looks like he hadn't throw it yet. "But you say you trashed them", "you swallow everything people told you".
He keeps yelling even after telling her that the fact she didn't give up Mrs. Vice-secretary, actually the lady impressed by her. Hyuga even praise her, with hesitate. But Sawaki already touched.
She promised to keep job hunting. When he's about to leave, he said that NI gave her full consideration. He asked her to attend the briefings with Vice-secretary. Yet there's one condition, Sawaki have to be one of the employee in NI. Therefore he hand her another thing, an ID of NI's employee. Why son't you just tell her everything you want to tell her? It's like, okay here bla bla..bye..walk away.. oh crap, back again, here you you go bla bla.. bye.. walk away.. shit, back again, bla bla. Did your disease done you that bad?
And finally, Sawaki no need to wear that job hunter suit no more. She wear a cute working dress like she always want. While Kosuke still busy investigating all about Sawaki Chihiro. Better watch it girl.
I smile like an idiot when Hyuga praise her that he likes her better with the new outfit.
